I want to be able to import my email template design into Klaviyo once and then reuse it, instead of exporting it every time. I’ve tried using platforms like Marka Plugin, which translates the design file into HTML, but the issue is that we’d need to export the template each time—it doesn’t allow for a one-time upload where you can just edit the CTAs and content directly in Klaviyo.

During onboarding, the migration person recommended a few other third-party Figma plugins for moving designs from Figma to Klaviyo if Marka isn’t an option:

  1. Emailify

  2. Pushed

  3. Mailman

However, these seem to work similarly. Could you please recommend what the best approach would be?

I don’t have familiarity with the others, but I know that Emailify uses hybrid templates.
This will import the template as HTML, but when you try to use it in either a flow or a campaign will display in the drag-and-drop editor. For text blocks, buttons and images you should be able to edit those within the editor. OOC, why not create the template directly in Klaviyo’s template editor?

Create the templates in Klaviyo, then you can save your blocks as universal blocks, which you can reuse to build and mix and match the templates

Hi @Danielab,

Adding onto what Cadence mentioned, I’d also recommend creating a hybrid template, so you can edit some elements in Klaviyo. Our help article here explains how to do this!
